This eBay listing is for a used Mid-Continent Instrument Co MD40-65L Course Deviation Indicator P/N 2010056-65L that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above.
I just picked up a few aircraft instruments from a local Avionics Repair Bankruptcy Auction where all of the equipment were pulled in working condition due to upgrades.   I personally have no means of testing any of this equipment - sorry.
